At Ittefaq Plastic, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order — provided the item is unused, and the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

Conditions for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery.
The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).
The product does not match your order (wrong color, size, or item).
The customer agrees to bear the shipping charges for the exchange.
⚠️ Important: Please record a video while unboxing your parcel to support any return or exchange claim.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Valid Reasons to Request an Exchange
Product arrived damaged or defective.
Product is incomplete or missing parts.
Wrong product, size, or color delivered.
Product does not fit your requirement.
Processing Time
Please note that the processing time for a return or exchange is up to 15 working days after we receive your request.
